| Documentation Engineer / Document Controller |
Qualification | Degree/Diploma in Engineering with 3-5 years of experience and general knowledge of engineering technical terms and understanding of engineering processes (especially in Gas power plant will be an added advantage). |
Roles and Responsibilities | - Participate in partnering with stakeholders and team members to produce high quality technical documentation.
- Review, analyze the contractual requirements (Customer specifications, local regulations, codes and standards) and prepare the requirement specification for the O&M Manual preparation.
- Ensures follow up and timely response on O&MM related issues and reaches agreements, internally and externally
- Compiling Information to produce Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Knowledge of how the work of the document control team integrates with other project teams and contributes to the project.
- Will work according the overall and project related document quality checklists, compliant to company and project quality procedures & accurate quality records.
- Ensures the daily documentation workflows in the project by using the dedicated Document Management System (Product Lifecycle Management, SharePoint, Documentum (DCTM), etc.)
- Track customer comments and answers, along with document resubmission.
- Prepare transmittal with defined deliverables list & submission dates
