Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, networking, and account expansion.
  • Gather client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery.
  • Handle IT staffing requirements across Contract (C2C), Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent (FTE) hiring.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring pipelines and future staffing needs.
  • Work closely with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure quality candidate submissions and successful closures.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, staffing contracts, and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling staffing and consulting services.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare account plans, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure high client retention through proactive stakeholder management.
Required Skills
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT Staffing and Client Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of C2C, C2H, W2, and Full-Time hiring models.
  • Experience handling enterprise clients across domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue and account growth targets.
  • Experience coordinating with recruitment and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (Marketing/HR/Business) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with staffing companies and consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
