Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with key EPC vendors, including coordinating regular touch point meetings at conferences and other settings
Prepare, distribute, and manage RFP packages for EPC services (and O&M services)
Ensure that appropriate diligence is completed on the potential supplier base through company pre-qualification procedures.
Interview and evaluate bidders, and work with all project stakeholders to reach award recommendations
Support the Senior Manager to negotiate and execute LNTP Agreements, EPC Agreements, and other consulting and services contracts, including all supporting exhibits, as required
Support Senior Manager to ensure that contracts comply with technical and commercial requirements
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders from Development, Project Management, Engineering, Safety and others

Work Experience
Qualification Required
Relevant college degree with preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction or Business Management
Experience supporting negotiations for EPC contracts
Ideally has experience working in the utility-scale renewable energy industry
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and SAP
Business fluent proficiency in English

Analytical with the ability to consider negotiation aspects from developer's perspective
