We are seeking a talented and driven Relationship Manager to join our Sky Channel-VRM - NR department at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client base for the Sky Global Indian Classic product.


As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and providing exceptional service to existing ones. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our Sky Channel business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients for the Sky Global Indian Classic product.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the bank's products and services.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to enhance overall client experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on wealth management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
