Job description:
Mandatory:
-
Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from premium Institute would be preferred.
-
Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals, proficiency in MS Office and Google Work Space.
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, proactive nature, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized with attention to detail, and good people skills.
- Travel independently within Mumbai-Thane and other cities across India for client connect and employee engagement meetings.
Key responsibilities:
-
Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s) and practices.
-
Contribute to designing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.
-
Drive engagement activities for specific BUs as well as Mumbai location centric, independently with limited supervision.
-
Work with respective Business leaders and BU/ Practice HR teams to implement business unit-specific HR programs, employee connects, employee wellness initiatives, and facilitate quarterly R&R, Townhalls, etc.
- Work with the respective HR leads on workforce analytics and design interventions accordingly.
-
HR metrics tracking, analyzing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.

Support BU resignation discussions, retention management and also facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.

Support Performance Management.
-
Support culture specific interventions.
-
Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members.
-
Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling
- Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH.
- Collaborate with other functions (TAG, TD, Mobility etc.) for closing out on employee work-life transactions
