Job Description:
Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).Manage Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and DNS integration.Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.Implement and maintain Kerberos, NTLM, and secure authentication protocols.Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation Services (AD FS).Design and deploy Group Policy Objects for security, software deployment, and configuration.Troubleshoot GPO-related issues.Apply security hardening for AD environment.Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.Monitor AD health using tools like dcdiag, repadmin, and Event Viewer.Perform regular audits and cleanup of stale accounts.Implement backup strategies for AD (System State backups).Test and maintain disaster recovery plans for domain controllers.Resolve replication issues, DNS problems, and authentication failures.Provide 24x7 support for critical identity infrastructure.Hybrid Identity Management Integrate on-prem AD with Azure Active Directory.Identity Governance Implement role-based access control and lifecycle management.Automation Develop PowerShell scripts for user provisioning, reporting, and maintenance.PKI Certificates Manage Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).Migration Upgrades Plan and execute AD migrations or upgrades.Proven experience in managing and leading an IT infrastructure team.In-depth knowledge of Windows, VMware, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.Relevant certifications
