Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases for web, iOS, and Android applications.Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, stability, and performance align with product requirements.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UIUX designers during the entire development lifecycle to identify potential issues early.Build and execute automated test scripts using frameworks like JUnit, Espresso, Appium, and Compose UI Testing.Utilize Firebase Test Lab to perform and manage distributed testing across multiple devices.Conduct visual regression testing using Paparazzi and other related tools.Report, track, and validate software defects using issue tracking systems such as Jira.Analyze logs, performance metrics, and test reports to identify root causes of defects.Participate in CICD pipeline integration for automated testing and continuous quality validation.Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, strategies, and automation architecture.Education ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.3 years of experience in mobile and web application testing.Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools (Junit, MockK, Appium, Espresso, Compose UI).Experience with Firebase Test Lab, Paparazzi, and other cross-platform testing environments. Familiarity with CICD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Knowledge, Skills AbilitiesExperience in developing automated test frameworks from scratch.Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions and real device farms.Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools.Expertise in version control systems like Git.
