We are looking for a Java Spring Boot, Microservices Developer who can contribute hands on to enterprise applications while also guiding junior developers and managing day to day technical execution within a small team or module.
This role is suited for developers who have moved beyond individual coding and are ready to take ownership of features, support teammates, and handle real project challenges including UAT changes and post go live support.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (Hands On)
Design, develop, and maintain Java based backend services using Spring / Spring Boot
Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and external systems
Implement business logic using configuration driven approaches instead of hard coding
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
UI & Configuration Support (Backend Side)
Team & Module Ownership
Guide and support junior developers on coding standards and best practices
Review code and provide constructive feedback
Break down requirements into tasks and assign work within the team
Act as a first level technical contact for the module
Database & Data Handling
Write and optimize PLSQL , Oracle queries
Handle transactional consistency and error handling
Participate in data design discussions
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands on experience in Java (Java 8 or above)
Solid experience with Spring Boot
Experience building REST APIs
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases |
