Must have skill set in troubleshooting Switching, Routing, Wireless on L1/L1.5 level
4.Required knowledge on Manage/Configuring/Troubleshooting
Switching - HSRP, VPC, Ether Port channeling & STP.
Routing - Static, EIGRP, BGP & MPLS
Wireless - Controller & Access point
Monitoring - Manage Network device Monitoring Tools, Network Circuit Monitoring Tools.
Service-now Ticketing tool
ITIL process
CCNA course should be completed, CCNA certificate is added advantage.
