1. Experience in Application Support – WebSphere projects (10+ years)
2. Strong knowledge in Linux/Unix, Scripting
3. Knowledge on monitoring tools like ITRS, AppDynamics, Grafana (Good to have)
4. Applications have ProC as backend (good to have knowledge)
5. Ticketing tools – SNOW, JIRA
6. MQ, NDM knowledge
