Mainframe SME:
· Review application code, integration flows, and middleware configurations to ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and coding guidelines.
· Identify code-level improvements and recommend refactoring opportunities for legacy programs.
· Assess middleware integration patterns and suggest improvements in reliability, throughput, error handling, and security.
· Analyse batch workloads and transaction flow and propose design or code changes to reduce runtime, CPU consumption, and MIPS usage.
· Perform root cause analysis of complex issues across the ecosystem—Mainframe, Middleware, and MidRange—and provide permanent code/configuration fixes.
· Create technical review reports, code assessment summaries, and provide mentoring/guidance to development teams on improving maintainability and performance.
Audit and Compliance PM:
· Lead and manage audit, compliance, and risk management programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory, internal, and industry standards.
· Possess strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, applications, cloud, data flows, and security controls to support credible audit discussions.
· Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and develop mitigation plans aligned with enterprise governance frameworks.
· Collaborate with technology teams to review technical designs, configurations, and processes for compliance and risk exposure.
· Drive endtoend internal/external audits, including planning, evidence collection, walkthroughs, issue tracking, and closure.
· Prepare and manage audit artifacts, compliance documentation, SOPs, and risk registers with high accuracy
