Role Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing mobile automation strategies for mobile releases and enhance efficiency and productivity of automation execution.
Responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks (Appium) for mobile applications (iOS and Android), ensuring they are scalable and secure.
Lead release cycles with automation executions including creating and tracking to QA release plans, coordinating team resources & activities to efficiently & effectively deliver high release confidence based on deep, broad comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test automation strategies and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
Measure and report the effectiveness of automation strategies.
Designing, constructing, executing, review of Mobile automation test cases, maintenance and monitoring of Test suite.
Identify, verify and report bugs and Perform review of automation scripts.
Lead a team of automation engineers to deliver high-quality automated testing solutions for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
Enhance test efficiency and suggest improvements based on latest trends and technologies in mobile automation testing.
Demonstrate continuous improvement in working with broader team by measuring and reporting metrics and other standard automation and testing metrics as per industry standards.
Documenting test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Providing training and guidance to team members about the automation tools and how to use them.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Automation Lead/Architect or similar role.
Strong experience in Appium with Java, CI/CD - Github actions.
Strong understanding of automation testing tools and methodologies, frameworks (BDD cucumber) and methodologies (Agile).
Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, Python.
Knowledge of SQL databases and software development methodologies.
Understanding of Health Insurance business process analysis and process improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. |
