Job Description:
Design and architect IAM solutions, Analyze customer requirements to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective Okta implementations. This may involve Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), User Lifecycle Management, and API access control.
Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of Okta solutions, integrating with various applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
Security best practices: Ensure adherence to security best practices in Okta configurations.
Automation and scripting: Automate tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Stay up-to-date: Continuously learn about new Okta features, security threats, and industry best practices.
Communication and collaboration: Work effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and sales teams.
Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of experience in IAM, ideally with Okta and other IAM solutions.
Technical skills:
In-depth knowledge of Okta products and services (Workforce Identity Access Management (WIAM) and Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM))
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
Experience with API integration protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA etc.)
Soft skills:

Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to details
Good to have certifications: ISO27001, OKTA Certified Professional/OKTA Certified Administrator.
