Description

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
Business acumen to connect Agile practices with ROI and customer value.
Certifications preferred: CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, etc.
Tools expertise: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Slack.

Passionate about Agile values and principles.
Resilient and patient in driving organizational change.
Able to lead by example and inspire others.
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and levels.

Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
Define and communicate the vision for Agile adoption.
Collaborate with leadership to align Agile goals with business strategy.

Coach teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.

Promote Agile values such as transparency, collaboration, and adaptability.
Foster psychological safety and encourage experimentation.
Break down silos between business and IT functions.

Establish feedback loops and retrospectives.
Measure Agile adoption using meaningful metrics.
Drive iterative improvements in processes and outcomes.
