JD:
We are seeking an experienced JAVA technical Lead to design and lead the implementation of high -quality applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to the development teams, ensure best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions:
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of JAVA- based applications, microservices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the developers.
• Define architecture, code standard and best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in planning, estimation and technical decision making.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies and continuous improvement.
Required skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Java application development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, and Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle etc.)
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies |
