We are looking for an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage, administer, and optimize our enterprise Tableau environment. The role includes overseeing Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud, managing user access, schedules, data sources, extract refreshes, and overall platform performance. The candidate should have strong expertise in server management, site administration, governance, upgrade/migration activities, performance tuning, and troubleshooting technical issues. Responsibilities also include supporting developers, managing deployments, ensuring security compliance, monitoring server health, and optimizing resource utilization. Strong understanding of data connections (SQL, cloud platforms), authentication models (SSO/SAML), extracts vs live connections, and enterprise BI governance is required. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem solving skills are essential.
