This role is quite pivotal, as it involves interacting with senior tech and business stakeholders across Asset Management (AM), Investment Banking (IB), Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate (WMPC), and other divisions. We are aiming to find someone
1. With over 10 years of solid BA experience,
2. Who is knowledgeable about the Azure cloud.
3. Capable of creating and managing requirements backlog,
4. Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbally and through professionally created presentations.
5. with a proven track record of enterprise-scale requirement gathering, ensuring that business requirements are understood, analyzed, and documented to a high standard in collaboration with stakeholders and Product Owners.
6. Hands-on experience in all stages of IT projects in complex and demanding environments, as well as a good understanding of change and delivery methodologies, especially Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, are essential.
7. Additionally, experience in backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories is a must.
