- Design and maintain the overall IAM and API security architecture, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
- Develop and document architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines for IAM, consent management, and API security.
- Evaluate and select IAM technologies, tools, and frameworks in collaboration with security CoE.
- Provide guidance and support to IAM/Security teams during solution design, implementation, and integration.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure best practices are followed.
- Close follow-up on correct implementation following the Proximus standards
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting IAM, consent management and API security.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Consent management and API security, supporting business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for the squads' deliveries.
Profile & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IAM Architect, Security Architect, or similar role in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, etc.), consent management, and API security best practices.
- Experience with IAM technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc.).
