SN Tech Lead ITOM Pro CMDBThe ServiceNow Tech Lead ITOM Pro CMDB will provide technical leadership in designing| implementing| and optimizing ITOM and CMDB solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading automation initiatives| ensuring CMDB health| driving discovery and service mapping| and mentoring technical teams while working closely with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow ITOM Pro and CMDB implementations Define solution architecture| standards| and best practices for ITOM and CMDB Lead technical design discussions and reviews with stakeholders Guide and mentor developers and engineers ITOM Pro Responsibilities Implement and manage ITOM Pro modules including Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Health Log Analytics Operational Intelligence (AIOps| if applicable) Design and optimize ITOM automation and runbooks Integrate monitoring tools (Splunk| Dynatrace| SCOM| SolarWinds| etc.) with ServiceNow Event Management Configure MID Servers and ensure secure| scalable deployments CMDB Responsibilities Design and govern CMDB architecture and CI class models Ensure CMDB accuracy| completeness| and compliance with CSDM Implement CI lifecycle automation and relationship mapping Define CMDB health KPIs and continuously improve data quality Lead reconciliation and normalization strategies Development Automation Handson development using Script Includes| Business Rules| Client Scripts| UI Policies Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Design and support RESTSOAP integrations Automate ITOM and ITSM processes where applicable Review and optimize existing customizations Delivery Operations Collaborate with ITSM| Monitoring| Cloud| and Infrastructure teams Support production issues| root cause analysis| and performance tuning Ensure compliance with ServiceNow upgrade| release| and governance processes Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
