Years of Experience - 3 to 5 years
Degree preference - ANY Role Descriptions:
— Work with the Application Development & Maintenance team to resolve issues as and when required; — Build automated scripts and demonstrate strong scripting skills for both trivial and non-trivial tasks; — Diagnose and resolve application related issues logged with the helpdesk; — Log all application related issues from end users into the Issue tracking software. Categorize and provide a 1st level diagnosis for reported issues in the software; — Provide status update on all logged issues as & when required; — Ensure compliance with SLAs for application related issues logged with the helpdesk; — Minimum 3 years of overall experience, with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in performing helpdesk & support activities for enterprise applications including client/ server and web applications; — Familiar and good working knowledge of J2EE applications, mobile applications, programming languages such as Java, databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and scripting capabilities; — Experience with Issue tracking software; Maximum Budget – 65000K
Minimum 3 years of overall experience| with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in performing helpdesk support activities for enterprise applications including client server and web applications Familiar and good working knowledge of J2EE applications| mobile applications| programming languages such as Java| databases (RDBMS| NoSQL) and scripting capabilities Experience with Issue tracking software
