Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, tables, relationships • Strong knowledge of key platform capabilities:Flow Designer, Workflow, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, CMDB, Service Portal / UI Builder • Ability to design: •Application data models•Entity relationships•Reusable components• Understanding of integration patterns: •REST / SOAP•MID Server• Knowledge of: •Transform maps•Import sets•Data quality & reconciliation• Ability to design cross system workflows end-to-end• Strong requirement gathering and facilitation • Ability to run: •Design workshops•Journey mapping sessions•Playbacks & demos• Ability to work closely with: •Business product owners•Developers•Architects•QA teamsHave worked on multiple Integration projects Additionally for PEGA shift left and Expedio to SNOW program the designer should also have ITSM•Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Major Incident•Risk, approvals, SLAs, OLAsITOM•CMDB modeling•Discovery patterns•Service Mapping dependencies•Event, Alert & Operational IntelligenceFor Network secops , the designer should have •Experience in ServiceNow NetworkSecOps & Cyber Security ModulesoConfiguration ComplianceoVulnerability Response (VR)oSecurity Incident Response (SIR)oThreat IntelligenceoSecurity Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR)oAttack Surface Management
