| Description: • Total IT experience of more than 6 years. • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in OMP with Hands-on experiences on development and implementation. • Should have on functional knowledge on supply planning, detailed scheduling, MRP Process, batch scheduling & Monitoring and related SAP knowledge. • Ability to resolve complex problems (bugs/performance/issues) with minimal guidance. • Provide variety of technical support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming. • Should proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues. • Track Incidents to closure and perform Root Cause Analysis. • Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents. • Team Management and capability building. | |||
