Job Description: Role Name - Workday Integration ConsultantKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation.Required Skills QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.Proficiency in RESTSOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and related technologies.Experience in designing and troubleshooting complex integrations. Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies. Experience in Workday reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows and compliance requirements.Preferred ExperienceWorkday Integration Certification.Experience with Workday HCM and related modules. Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. |
