Job Description
We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an energetic Domestic Recruiter to support internal hiring across India. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, screen, and onboard top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for client C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation , and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in domestic recruitment / India market hiring .
Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels & strategies .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced hiring cycle environment.
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
