Key Responsibilities:
• Windows Server Administration
o Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
o Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
• Patch & Vulnerability Management
o Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS, SCCM, or Intune.
o Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories.
o Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
o Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent.
o Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
o Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.
o Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills.
o Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines.
o Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management.
