Required Skills: 5+ years of Voice Engineering, telephony experience Proficient with developing voice solutions, support, call flow diagrams, VUI and other design documentation Knowledge of SIP media gateways and Freeswitch integrations Expert with network protocols including a thorough understanding of network fundamentals Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills | |||
