Job Purpose: Production Engineer is responsible for executing and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The role supports daily operations, resource planning, and reporting to ensure seamless and effective precast production.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical

Work Experience:

4-10 years, Precast Industry experenice.

Production Management:

Manage daily production activities to ensure output targets, process flow, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved. Monitor operations for adherence to SOPs and technical specifications.

Drawing Interpretation:

Interpret complex technical drawings and convert them into executable actions for production planning, scheduling, and team coordination.

Resource Utilization & Optimization:

Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs and wastage.

Process Improvement:

Continuously analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive lean practices to enhance overall output.

Safety Compliance:

Compliance to safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain and update production records, daily logs, and 15-day progress reports with key performance data including output, downtime, rework, and resource consumption.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication.

Risk Management:

Identify potential production risks, delays, or resource shortages early and develop action plans to address them proactively.

Equipment & Maintenance Support:

Support equipment upkeep by ensuring timely maintenance, escalating technical issues, and minimizing unplanned downtimes through coordination with the maintenance team.

Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
