If, you’re passionate about tech and you love to apply your expertise in modeling, optimization and simulation to deliver best customer experience and success, then you are the person we seek.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport pre-sales, and customer engagement efforts e.g., lead platform demo, build proof of concept, support deployments of the platform and provides after-sales support to client teams\nHelp create and execute project plans and successful modeling strategies, working with a team of experienced project leaders and account specialists to deliver results\nCreatively analyze model structure, inputs and outputs, and results to identify problems and opportunities, working with clients to realize improvement potential\nUncover and pursue solutions that improve project quality, timing, cost, or results\nCollaborate with software development and product management teams to review and align design approaches for customer engagements\nProvide a customer focused service based on supporting a resolution either via call or email, in a professional and timely manner and in line with company procedures/standards\nManage the ticketing process for support requests to ensure that customer queries and feedback are effectively handled within company KPIs and standards\nResolve support requests and guide team members in finding resolutions to the requests\nAchieve set targets and goals to maximize the customer experience and service provided by the company\nAssist engineering teams in coordinating operations and identifying errors & anomalies\nIdentify and verify service impact to customers, and dispatch subject matter experts in support of problem resolution.\nCommunicate with internal and customer-facing teams in support of status updates regarding open issues and implement actions in support of root cause analysis and problem remediation.\n\nWhat you’ll need:\n8-10 years of working experience creating and delivering technically sound and competitive supply chain solutions to meet customer business objectives\nKnowledge of supply chain optimization and simulation using software solutions (Optilogic Cosmic Frog, Coupa SCG, Anylogistix and alike); experience with Optilogic platform is a plus\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn complex skills and apply knowledge to customer solutions\nExperience in database skills and ability to prepare, analyze and augment large datasets\nPrevious optimization/simulation and supply chain analytics or consulting experience desired\nEducational background in supply chain and/or operations research is a plus\nProficiency in API-based system integration and Python programming skills is a plus\nExperience with major application development platforms (Azure), CI/CD tools, Python, and PostgreSQL is a plus\nInitiative taking and ownership mindset with due respect for teamwork and collaboration\nAbility to lead and drive own work, and coach & guide team members\nProblem-solving mindset that can be applied to both known and unknown issues\nAbility to engage with customers to understand and define the problem, identify best solution\nWillingness to work in flexible working hours in hybrid or remote mode and readiness to occasional travel within Asia or western countries; willingness to relocate within India\nBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in science or technology covering optimization, supply chain, solution design; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\n\nWhy Optilogic:\nAt Optilogic we believe that optimization is not just a science, and work is not just a job - it's an art too.
