About Alore

Alore is a metropolitan wear brand built on a simple idea: one day, many rooms. Clothes that hold their standard from a morning meeting to a café to dinner, without a change in between. We design for people who move through the city without switching costumes for it.

You'd be joining a small team where creative and operational work sit close together, which means your footage doesn't disappear into a pipeline, it shapes how the brand is seen.

The role

You'll own how Alore looks in motion. That runs from concept to final export: planning shoots, setting up camera and lighting, and capturing product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes footage across our channels. On the edit side, you'll cut the material, handle sound and light motion graphics, colour, and format each piece for where it's going to live.

You'll work directly with design and marketing to keep every video on-brand and on-schedule

What we're looking for

• You can run a shoot end to end - plan it, manage the set, and direct the room without losing the creative thread.
• You're fluent with a camera across environments, and you light a scene to a consistent, deliberate standard rather than whatever the room gives you.
• You edit confidently in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent, with a working command of sound and colour.
• You think in stories, not clips, and you understand how a piece changes shape across social formats.
• You communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and work well across a cross-functional team on-site in Bengaluru.
• A background in film, media, or communication helps, but the portfolio matters more. Show us work you're proud of.
