About this Role:\nWe are hiring a Political Graphic Designer to join our Communications team for the Goa region. You will turn complex political ideas into clean, thumb-stopping campaign visuals and consistent branding.
The candidate should have a strong visual sense, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and an understanding of political communication and public messaging in the Goan context.\nThis role requires strong graphic design, visual storytelling, and branding skills, along with the ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced campaign environment. You will work closely with content writers, video editors, social media teams, and campaign strategists to create high-quality social media creatives, infographics, digital advertisements, presentation decks, print materials, campaign branding assets, and rapid-response political communication. This is a contract-based campaign engagement running through February 2027.
Selected candidates will initially work remotely and should be ready to relocate to the Panaji office once intimated.\n\nC. What Would This Role Entail?\nDesign campaign creatives, social media posts, infographics, and digital ads.\nDevelop branding assets, presentations, and print materials (posters, banners, hoardings, pamphlets).\nProduce rapid-response visual content during fast-moving political developments.\nConvert political ideas and ground-level issues into simple, relatable visuals for the public.\nMaintain visual consistency and brand guidelines across all campaign assets and platforms.\nCoordinate with content writers, video editors, social media teams, and campaign managers.\nAdapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, and print formats.\nMaintain confidentiality of campaign plans, drafts, and internal communication.\n\nD. Necessary Skills:\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.\nAfter Effects/motion graphics is an added advantage.\nStrong sense of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.\nExperience designing for social platforms, digital campaigns, and print.\nAbility to conceptualise and execute under tight deadlines.\nUnderstanding of political communication, branding, and public messaging.\nStrong attention to detail and brand consistency.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.\nA portfolio is mandatory.\nMust be based in Goa or available to work in Goa during the contract period.\nShould be comfortable working in a fast-paced political environment.\nOwn laptop or system (capable of running design software) is preferred.\nFlexible working hours during campaign events and urgent political activities.\n\nE.
Good to Have Skills:\nPrior experience in graphic design, preferably for social media, digital campaigns, or political/campaign content.\nKnowledge of Konkani , Marathi, Hindi, and English is an added advantage.\nAbility to set and proofread local-language ( especially Konkani ) text accurately in creatives is preferred.\n\nF.
