Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
" Generate new business opportunities for IT Staffing and Services.
" Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, Facility Heads, and Business Owners.
" Has worked on GCC Clients in India and overseas
" Conduct client meetings, understand business and technical requirements, and coordinate solution discussions with internal technical teams.
" Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and follow-ups for new projects.
" Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
" Build a strong local pipeline across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Pune.
" Track opportunities through CRM or internal sales trackers.
" Support client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure.
" Work closely with delivery, technical, operations, and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
" Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
" Proven Track record in adding new logos for IT Staffing and Infra services
