Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the collection of business requirements
• Assist in current-state process mapping exercises
• Articulate design and documentation for Anaplan models (process map, user guide, solution design document)
• Translate business requirements in the form of Excel models and/or user stories into efficient and scalable, high-functioning Anaplan models
• Successfully build and identify various dimensions, lists (hierarchies), and line items, and create a user-friendly solution
• Create Hub-Spoke structures along with dynamic user Pages
• Work with subject area data experts to identify new or enhanced data to support the new or enhanced planning capabilities
• Collaborate with Business Architects to stay current with business design as well as to support deployed solutions for the associated stakeholders
• Develop test cases and assist in UAT for technical and functional acceptance
• Closely follow Anaplan model building best practices (e.g. DISCO, PLANS, Planual)
Qualifications
• 0.5 – 1 year modeling with Anaplan or end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder or above
• Anaplan model building experience is a must. Exposure to other EPM technology for e.g., SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion, TM1, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of forecasting processes and various business functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Project management certifications and agile certifications will be a
ResponsibAnaplan Jr Model Builder.
