About The Job:
- Experience: 6 to 8+ Years
- The role is responsible for working on Finance & Controlling with major deliverables across Incident Management, Change Management, and Project Management.
- The candidate will work closely in cross-functional collaboration with integration and third-party ancillary teams, especially Master Data Management tools.
- Exposure to IDOC, interfaces, and handling complex development/building solutions in the FICO space is required. Strong experience in AR/AP/GL master data management is essential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work on SAP FICO business processes including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Manage Incident, Change, and Project activities ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
- Collaborate with integration teams and third-party systems for seamless data exchange.
- Work on IDOC/EDI processes and interfaces between SAP and external applications.
- Handle Master Data activities including AR/AP/GL balance maintenance and mass updates using LSMW/Winshuttle.
- Manage AL11 directory and monitor inbound/outbound file transmissions.
- Configure and support Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
- Handle Lockbox functionality and payment processing.
- Support and configure Automation Payment Program and Dunning processes.
- Perform US taxation configuration and company code setup.
- Work with OSS notes: research, apply, and validate SAP issues.
- Prepare functional/technical specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams.
- Provide support for ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Perform basic ABAP debugging as required.
- Work with overseas clients (Europe/US region) and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure continuous improvement through automation, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of IT industry experience
- 6–8 years of SAP FICO experience
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations/roll-outs
- SAP Certification is an added advantage
- ITIL certification preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification is an advantage
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience implementing User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancements
- Experience with SAP cross modules (SD/MM integration)
- Strong understanding of Master Data processes
- Experience with Medius and Vertex systems is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch (added advantage)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
