Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA etc.
- Exposure to test automation and API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB)
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
