- The Marketing Specialist will help drive enterprise level marketing programs, processes, and systems. This role will support the Marketing teams, to execute our enterprise demand generation strategies.
- The position leverages a variety of digital tactics, including, but not limited to, e-mail, web, paid, social, retargeting, display and ABM to drive engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Create regional demand generation campaigns and respective sales enablement programs.
- Assist with the development and execution of global role-based demand generation campaigns.
- Write content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search ads, sales enablement, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, Product, Sales Leadership, Executive Stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing programs.
- Project manage and track campaign performance; proactively provide recommendations for campaign optimization and report on success metrics using analytics and BI tools.
Essential Job Functions:
- Be hands on with the execution, and reporting of distinct multi-touch, multi-channel digital demand generation activities across the enterprise to achieve maximum return on investments.
- Provide daily campaign management support for our Marketing initiatives.
- Assist with campaign setup, including cross-functional campaign coordination, digital brief development, asset aggregation and internal team coordination.
- Support Digital Marketing Strategists and Marketing stakeholders via daily campaign monitoring; measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance as required and deliver campaign performance updates & optimization recommendations based on data insights.
- Assist with landing page creation, edits and optimizations.
- Maintain internal trackers for accurate campaign status and budget tracking.
- Implement exceptional cross-team collaboration to execute aligned campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital demand generation role.
- Experience writing ad copy and optimizing campaigns/landing pages.
- Experience writing long form content.
- Experience with executing, managing and optimizing campaigns on e-mail.
- Experience optimizing ad copy and managing 10+ concurrent campaigns.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Ability to promote/sell ideas persuasively using data.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred).
