- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in SAP CS. Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations and multiple support/enhancement projects.
- Exposure to incident management, change requests, and business process improvements.
- Technical skills Service master data Serial numbers and equipment master Functional locations Installed base Refurbishments Service notifications and orders Item categories, order types, and service billing Service contract and warranty processing
