Role Overview:
\nAs a Business Development Executive (B2A | CSR & Digital Skills), you will support on-ground execution, partnership development, and program expansion by engaging with:
\nGovernment & aided schools, ITIs, polytechnics & diploma colleges, Degree colleges & universities, CSR partners, NGOs & implementation agencies
\nThis role is ideal for field-oriented professionals who understand the education ecosystem and
\ngovernment-led initiatives.
\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n1) Institutional Outreach & Partnerships (B2A)
\na) Identify and engage Government schools, ITIs, diploma & degree colleges.
\nb) Support MoUs, pilot programs, and institutional onboarding.
\nc) Coordinate with principals, HODs, district education officers, and skill officers.
\n\n
2) UNICEF & Digital Skills Program Support
\na) Assist in rollout of UNICEF-aligned Digital & Life Skills programs.
\nb) Support student onboarding, faculty coordination, and program tracking.
\nc) Act as a local point of contact for institutions and implementation partners.
\n\n
3) CSR & Government Project Support
\na) Assist in identifying CSR-funded skilling opportunities.
\nb) Support documentation, field coordination, and reporting requirements.
\nc) Liaise with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as required.
\n\n
4) Sourcing – Blue Collar & White Collar
\na) Support candidate sourcing and mobilisation for:
\no Blue-collar roles (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Field Services)
\no White-collar roles (IT, Analytics, BFSI, Operations, Sales)
\nb) Coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility, and assessments.
\n\n
5) Reporting & Field Execution
\na) Maintain activity reports, lead trackers, and institutional data.
\nb) Support events, orientations, and local workshops.
\nc) Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.
\n\n
Preferred Candidate Profile:
\n1) Experience in:
\no School Book Publishing / Education Content Sales
\no K12 institutions, ITIs, diploma or degree colleges
\no Education NGOs / CSR implementation projects
\n2) Familiarity with district-level education and skill development ecosystem.
\n\n
Qualification:
\nGraduate in any discipline (BBA / BA / B.Com / B.Sc preferred).
\n\n
Experience & Skill Set:
\n%CF; 2–5 years in B2A sales, institutional outreach, CSR projects, or education partnerships.
\n%CF; Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n%CF; Comfortable with field work and multi-stakeholder coordination.
\n%CF; Basic reporting, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
