We actively implement UNICEF-aligned Digital Skills & Life Skills programs and CSR-funded education and employability initiatives across Government Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Diploma Colleges, and Degree Institutions.

Role Overview:

\n

As a Business Development Executive (B2A | CSR & Digital Skills), you will support on-ground execution, partnership development, and program expansion by engaging with:

\n

Government & aided schools, ITIs, polytechnics & diploma colleges, Degree colleges & universities, CSR partners, NGOs & implementation agencies

\n

This role is ideal for field-oriented professionals who understand the education ecosystem and

\n

government-led initiatives.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

1) Institutional Outreach & Partnerships (B2A)

\n

a) Identify and engage Government schools, ITIs, diploma & degree colleges.

\n

b) Support MoUs, pilot programs, and institutional onboarding.

\n

c) Coordinate with principals, HODs, district education officers, and skill officers.

\n

\n

2) UNICEF & Digital Skills Program Support

\n

a) Assist in rollout of UNICEF-aligned Digital & Life Skills programs.

\n

b) Support student onboarding, faculty coordination, and program tracking.

\n

c) Act as a local point of contact for institutions and implementation partners.

\n

\n

3) CSR & Government Project Support

\n

a) Assist in identifying CSR-funded skilling opportunities.

\n

b) Support documentation, field coordination, and reporting requirements.

\n

c) Liaise with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as required.

\n

\n

4) Sourcing – Blue Collar & White Collar

\n

a) Support candidate sourcing and mobilisation for:

\n

o Blue-collar roles (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Field Services)

\n

o White-collar roles (IT, Analytics, BFSI, Operations, Sales)

\n

b) Coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility, and assessments.

\n

\n

5) Reporting & Field Execution

\n

a) Maintain activity reports, lead trackers, and institutional data.

\n

b) Support events, orientations, and local workshops.

\n

c) Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

\n

\n

Preferred Candidate Profile:

\n

1) Experience in:

\n

o School Book Publishing / Education Content Sales

\n

o K12 institutions, ITIs, diploma or degree colleges

\n

o Education NGOs / CSR implementation projects

\n

2) Familiarity with district-level education and skill development ecosystem.

\n

\n

Qualification:

\n

Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BA / B.Com / B.Sc preferred).

\n

\n

Experience & Skill Set:

\n

%CF; 2–5 years in B2A sales, institutional outreach, CSR projects, or education partnerships.

\n

%CF; Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

\n

%CF; Comfortable with field work and multi-stakeholder coordination.

\n

%CF; Basic reporting, documentation, and follow-up discipline.

\n
