Role Description The Junior Architect/Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting in the development of architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting design documentation from schematic design through detailed design stages. The Junior Architect/Designer will coordinate with senior team members on design revisions, contribute to material and product research, and help prepare presentations for internal reviews and client meetings. Daily tasks include organizing project files, supporting basic project coordination, and ensuring design outputs align with project requirements and timelines. The role requires close collaboration within the studio environment and active participation in team discussions and design critiques.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including familiarity with design principles, building systems, and spatial planning.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools or workflows, such as working with design software, plugins, or coordinated digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management at an introductory level, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and supporting documentation and coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and be comfortable learning new software.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; prior internship or studio experience and familiarity with local regulations and standards are beneficial.
