Job Description- Sales Executive (Fresher)
\nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in industrial technology sales, working with innovative solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Industrial Automation.
\nAs a Sales Executive, you will be trained to identify customer requirements, generate leads, support product demonstrations, participate in automation exhibitions, and assist in building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while developing strong technical and business knowledge.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Learn and understand the company's products and solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT, and Industry 4.0. \n
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. \n
- Assist in reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings. \n
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. \n
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions. \n
- Represent the company at automation exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and networking events. \n
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using Excel or CRM software. \n
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners. \n
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets under the guidance of senior team members. \n
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. \n
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months prior internship of experience are encouraged to apply. \n
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong willingness to learn technology products and B2B sales. \n
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \n
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn. \n
- Good presentation and organizational skills. \n
