Director – Programmatic\nLocation: Mumbai\nExperience: 9 to 12 years\n\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Director - Programmatic, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities. You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.\nDevelop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.\nOwn client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.\nProactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.\nLeverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.\nUtilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.\nCollaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.\nAnalyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.\nEnsure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.\nExperience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must.\n\nQualifications:\n9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.\nProven experience managing and leading a team.\nExpert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.\nStrong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.\nExcellent client management and communication skills.\nProven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong Excel and PPT skills.\nInnovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure adherence to best practices to maintain high standards of quality and innovation.\nBudget Management: Responsible for large scale budget management, and forecasting.\nA/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance and identify winning strategies.\nAttribution Modelling: Expert knowledge of attribution modelling and it's effect on performance.\n\nSkills Required\nDemonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.\nAdvanced proficiency in DV360 and extensive experience with other leading DSPs.\nExpertise in developing and implementing custom bidding scripts.\nStrong experience with MMPs and advanced analytics platforms.\nExceptional client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.\nStrategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative programmatic strategies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.\nStrong Budgeting and forecasting skills.\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n\nInterested candidates can share their CV at [email protected] along with the following details:\n• Total Years of Experience\n• Current Company\n• Notice Period\n• Current CTC\n• Salary Expectations\n• Current Location\n• Open to work from Mumbai
