Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Handling all liaisoning activities related to real estate projects. • Obtaining approvals from HMDA, RERA, GHMC, DTCP and other government authorities. • Coordinating with legal, architects, and consultants for project approvals. • Managing land due diligence, title verification, and documentation. • Follow-up with government departments for permissions, NOCs, and clearances. • Maintaining good relationships with government officials and local authorities. • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. • Supporting management in project approval timelines. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of HMDA approvals, RERA registration, land documentation • Good communication and negotiation skills • Experience in real estate liaison work is mandatory • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience Required: 10-15 Years in Real Estate Industry
