Job Description

Role Purpose\nOwns short-form video, UGC edits, founder clips, and AI-assisted creative variations. This is a hands-on execution role for a creative doer who can edit fast, think in hooks, and use AI tools to produce more high-quality output with less friction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate and edit short-form videos for social, paid ads, website, and campaign use.\nCut UGC-style edits, customer story clips, founder clips, product demos, and proof-based content.\nBuild multiple creative variations from one concept using AI tools and prompt-driven workflows.\nUse AI video tools to speed up concepting, editing, repurposing, and creative experimentation.\nWork with the content strategist, marketing lead, and performance marketer to turn briefs into ready-to-publish assets.\nAdapt content for different channels, formats, and aspect ratios while keeping the brand consistent.\nMaintain a fast output rhythm with organized file management, naming, exports, and version control.\nTrack what performs best by format, hook, length, thumbnail, and edit style, then iterate quickly.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n4–6 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, content creation, or short-form production.\nStrong hands-on skills in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and AI creative tools.\nAbility to prompt AI tools effectively and use them to create variations, not just one-off outputs.\nUnderstanding of social-first creative, hooks, pacing, and retention-driven editing.\nComfort working with founder-led content, UGC, ads, and product explainers.\nA doer mindset: fast turnaround, ownership, and willingness to experiment.\nBonus if they understand basic performance marketing and can edit with conversion goals in mind.\n\nSuccess Metrics:\nA consistent stream of high-quality video assets across social and paid channels.\nFaster creative turnaround and more variation per idea.\nBetter-performing hooks, edits, and video formats.\nStrong founder and brand storytelling through short-form video.\nA creative library that supports both awareness and conversion.
