Duck CreekIntegration Position Product Engineer The Duck CreekPolicy Position Product Engineer is a key contributor to the success of the Duck CreekPolicy product This role requires a combination of technical and business skills to develop document and maintain the product The Product Engineer must be able to work closely with the business development and support teams to ensure the product is designed and implemented to meet customer requirements

Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements and develop product designs to meet those requirements Create and maintain product documentation

Develop and maintain test plans to ensure the product meets customer requirements

Provide technical support to internal and external customers on the productDevelop and maintain product training materials

Develop and maintain support processes

Analyze customer feedback and develop product enhancements and new featuresProactively identify and recommend product improvements to ensure customer success Participate in product strategy discussions and represent the product in customer meetings

Work closely with the development team to ensure product designs and implementations are accurate and complete Participate in customer meetings and other sales activities to promote the product

Skills Experience in product development and implementation Understanding of the software development lifecycle Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Understanding of the Duck CreekPolicy product Knowledge of SQL and other programming languagesAbility to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
