Job Description:
Review, understand, and analyze functional requirements for banking applications
Design and develop automated test scripts for UI, APIs, and backend services
Work with frameworks such as UFT One, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and RestAssured
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reusability
Execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
Identify functional defects early through automation and collaborate with developers for resolution
Perform defect triage, track issues, and verify fixes across releases
Contribute to regression suite optimization and improve automation coverage
Possess working knowledge of at least one performance testing tool
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with Java programming
Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc.
Understanding of banking compliance, security policies, and transaction flows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and ability to work independently as well as within Agile/Scrum teams
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
