Hiring for Solution Architect - Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata
• Create and maintain E2E architectural solutions covering application, data and infrastructure and ensuring they meet both the functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop and design specifications for integration, products and technologies
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered as architected and resolving issues that arise
• Build and maintain key relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Provide consultancy to business stakeholders to understand their ideas (new initiatives, enhancements, pain points), organise them and playback solutions and costs
• Ensure solutions are compliant with security and technology standards
• Demonstrate technical expertise in modern security practices, API platform design, functional design.
• Lead technology consulting engagements, solution workshops and due diligence
• Determine the availability and viability of third party components and services as needed
Required Skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Engineering subjects
• Minimum 10-12 years of IT experience across all phases of Software development and implementation
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT Consulting or in a solution architect role.
• Strong Experience in Telecom domain with domain/architecture related certifications (viz. TM Forum, TOGAF etc.)
• Proven experience in delivering solutions for telecom clients in BSS and OSS areas.
• Well versed with Voice and Broadband service offerings and Lead to Cash process in B2C areas.
• Must be self-motivated, analytical, detail oriented, organized and pursue excellence on all tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and design patterns
