About The Job:
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Client is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant with strong expertise in configuring and supporting Workday Financials solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key Financials modules, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders and project teams.
Essential Job Functions:

Configure, maintain, and support Workday Financials modules, including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Projects
- Revenue Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial process requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Collaborate with integration teams to define, validate, and troubleshoot finance-related data flows and interfaces.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data reconciliation activities, defect resolution, and production support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend configuration improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, solution discussions, and client workshops.
- Ensure system configurations align with business needs, compliance requirements, and Workday best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials configuration, implementation, and support.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules, particularly:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Projects
- Revenue Management
- Workday O2C (Order-to-Cash) Certification – Mandatory / Strongly Preferred.
- Experience supporting global clients and interacting directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Workday Financials certifications.
- Experience working with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Workday integrations and finance data flows.
- Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, and production support engagements.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work directly with US stakeholders and participate in client-facing discussions.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with presence at the customer location in Bangalore 1–2 days per week.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
