  • Develop, review, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment of security controls with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Support security governance committees and stakeholder reporting.
  • Assist in the development and execution of security awareness programs.
  • Conduct information security risk assessments and risk analyses.
  • Identify, evaluate, and track cybersecurity risks and remediation plans.
  • Maintain enterprise risk registers and risk treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess risks associated with new projects, systems, and vendors.
  • Support compliance initiatives related to frameworks and regulations
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Track audit findings and ensure timely remediation.
  • Conduct control assessments and compliance reviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in GRC, internal audit/ risk management/ compliance, or consulting
  • Basic understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance principles
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, or data privacy regulations is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment
