- Develop, review, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure alignment of security controls with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Support security governance committees and stakeholder reporting.
- Assist in the development and execution of security awareness programs.
- Conduct information security risk assessments and risk analyses.
- Identify, evaluate, and track cybersecurity risks and remediation plans.
- Maintain enterprise risk registers and risk treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess risks associated with new projects, systems, and vendors.
- Support compliance initiatives related to frameworks and regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely remediation.
- Conduct control assessments and compliance reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Information Systems, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in GRC, internal audit/ risk management/ compliance, or consulting
- Basic understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance principles
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, or data privacy regulations is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment
