Senior Power BI Developer

Role: Sr Power BI Developer

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
• Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate report development and generate insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using AI-assisted features
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling techniques
• Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, especially AI and Copilot enhancements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI with over 2 years experience in PowerBI and at least 4 years experience in report development.
• Must have proficiency in using Copilot for report creation in PBI, DAX generation, and visualization suggestions
• Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language)
• Good hands-on experience in SQL
• Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills with a focus on usability and storytelling
• Good communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
