Hiring for IAM Support Engineer - Chennai, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IAM platforms (PING, AWS IAM) for performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot SSO/MFA/authentication issues.
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain security controls and IAM policies.
- Prepare documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Security teams.
Experience & Qualification
- 3+ years experience.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT.
Preferred
- AWS certification.
- Banking/financial domain experience.
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, CloudWatch, ELK).
Location - Mumbai/Chennai
Skills: Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing
Experience Required: 3+ years is mandate
