Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to drive business growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets across industrial and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, and key industrial customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Generate new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong experience in B2B/Industrial Sales.
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling dealers, distributors, contractors, or project-based sales.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in CRM and sales pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from industrial products, building materials, HVAC, engineering products, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, construction materials, or allied industries will be preferred.
